HOME BREWING SUPPLIES: For our home brewing supplies, including kombucha SCOBY, kombucha starter kits, tea, brewing buckets and other supplies, there are NO RETURNS. However, if you have any difficulty with shipping or delivery, please let us know and we will help to make it right.

CLASSES and EXPERIENCES: Once purchased, there are NO RETURNS of classes or experiences. However, depending on the circumstances, if you haven't already participated in the class or experience, you may be able to exchange the value towards the purchase of other items.
