So excited!

I used to brew kombucha before but got out of it after a move. I will admit I was skeptical ordering a SCOBY online. SKC SCOBY and starter arrived less than 2 days after I ordered it. It was perfect. I started a batch that very day. I am extremely impressed by how quickly a new film formed at the top of my tea/vessel. It smells amazing. I’m 10 days into brewing and about to bottle/flavor my first batch! I would highly recommend SKC.

I enjoyed trying all the flavors.
My favorites were the ones with Ginger MG, jasmine ginger and the Yerba Mate . They seemed to not be as sweet as the others. I like the bite of the ginger.

I purchased the assorted pack. There were a lot of great flavors, all nicely blended with the base kombucha. Wayne was very good and reaponding to any questions I had and is very knowledgeable. I will definitely get some more. My favorite flavor was the Tulsi Peppermint.

We order these by the 48 pack and get all the flavors. With a couple of us drinking one a day it doesn’t last the month. I don’t have a single favorite, although the blood orange and the ginger are at the top of the list.
